BACWO aims to groom children to unleash their talent where they get opportunity to compete at par with privileged section of society. We provide computer literacy to children so that they develop interest for technology keeping in pace with society. BACWO also engages children in Sports (football) and coach them to excel in their sports career.
BACWO conducts skill development exercise in the field of football and computers. BACWO conducts assessment and skill mapping using management tools to guide children in pursuit to their passion to scale such skill-set to a professional level in future. It is a very specialized area for BACWO. Skill Development program is undertaken only after talent search exercise is done at primary level by BACWO. Nurturing talent involves financial cost, which BACWO intends to arrange from donations at BACWO.
BACWO welcomes banking institutions and corporate houses in such corporate social activities to strengthen the hands of BACWO.
